Let me introduce you to my latest obsession and one of my proudest designs: the Hope Dress. She's flirty, sophisticated, and guaranteed to turn heads—think timeless elegance with a modern, high-fashion twist. Designed with confident, style-forward makers in mind (that’s you, love!), Hope is all about bold vibes, flattering lines, and serious sleeve drama.

When I was designing this pattern, I knew I wanted something that made a statement but still felt wearable. The flattering V-neckline, the tailored bust and waist darts, and yes those iconic leg-of-mutton sleeves completely stole my heart. Hope is fully lined, which gives it that chef’s kiss polished finish. And wearing her? Pure luxury.

For my first version, I sewed her up in a pink satin I’d been hoarding since a dreamy fabric haul last year. It’s silky, drapey, with just enough structure to show off the silhouette. The result? A glam little number that hugs in all the right places and still lets you move with ease.

 Wearing Hope feels like stepping into my glam era. I've styled mine with pink heels and delicate gold jewelry for an elevated dinner date look—but she’s just as cute with ankle boots and a crossbody for weekend brunch. She’s versatile like that.

Dreaming of a wedding guest look? Try a shimmery jacquard. Need a power dress for the office? Go for a crisp crepe. And my next version? I’m eyeing a moody floral brocade—total fall fashion goals.

 Hope  Dress is designed with beginner sewists in mind. She includes bust and waist darts for a beautiful fit, a hidden center-back zipper for a clean finish, and full lining for that pro-level polish. The instructions are detailed and beginner-friendly if you’re ready to level up your skills. (Pro tip: always start with a muslin to get that made-for-you fit.)
